1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Riceland Custom Calls website ("Site") and purchasing any products through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products
All products sold are custom or handmade waterfowl calls and related merchandise. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, tone, and material may occur between individual items and product photos. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
4. Intended Use and Assumption of Risk
Our products are intended for use as hunting and game calls. Use of any call, including in outdoor, hunting, or field environments, is undertaken at your own risk. Riceland Custom Calls is not responsible for any injury, property damage, hunting outcome, or legal consequence (including violations of local hunting/wildlife regulations) arising from the use, misuse, or modification of our products. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable hunting laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error with a full refund. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s); we do not store your full payment card information.
6. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of the product.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes provided on this Site or in order confirmations are estimates only. Riceland Custom Calls is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
